The tournament was "Alternate Shot". Everyone tee'd off on each hole. Teams alternated from there till holed out. Minimum of six drives from each participant. Youngest players played all par 3's from 100 yards out. All par 4's from 150 yards out, and all par 5's from 200 yards out. Certainly gave them a bit of an advantage toward their six minimum drives, especially on those longest holes. (Prizes for 1st and 2nd place in each flight.)

Lunch consisted of pizza, chicken fingers and "make your own ice cream sundaes".
