This first of five par 3's
is
a deceivingly easy-looking hole.
Easy to make a four.

The tee shot is to a slightly elevated green on a hillside
that tilts to the right. If you miss the green, three large trees on
the left and a couple over the green can stymie your chip. A new
bunker runs along the entire right side of the green.
Tip: Imagine a line splitting the green. You have a much
better
chance for a par if you put your shot to the right of this line.
However, sand will catch tee shots going too far right. Straight
and short is okay.

When you walk around this green, the tilt left-to-right
doesn't seem that severe. But, chips and putts from the left are
likely to roll and break a lot. Really "die" all downhill shots.
Tip: Try to position your shots to the right and short of the hole
no matter where it's cut on the green. If the green were a
clock-face, you should always try to leave yourself at "4 o'clock" in
relation to the hole.

HOLE GOAL: Right is right. Avoid a 3 putt, make a 3.
