This dogleg left five-par,
sandwiched between two hard holes,
doesn't offer a lot of resistance.
Take advantage.

This good-sized fairway tilts left and is flanked by small
trees on both sides. A drive down the right will give you the best
angle for your second shot.
Tip: Aim just inside the right tree line. The fairway is
more level
on the right. Tee shots hit left of center will kick left, leaving you
with a long shot from a difficult sidehill-downhill lie.

The second shot is a little uphill to a wide fairway. It
should be easy staying inside the out-of-bounds fence on the right
and avoiding the trees in the left rough. There isn't any trouble in
front, but try to stay away from the bushes just to the right of the
green.
Tip: If you've got a good lie in the fairway, go for
it! You can run it
on the green and be putting for an eagle. If you're in the left
rough or edge of the fairway, select a mid-iron. It's very tough
getting a wood over the trees from that lie. Even though you're
laying up, you'll still be able to get within short-club range of the
green.

Of course, the type of approach you'll have to this green
will depend on your second shot. The pitch of the green lets you
throw shots right at the pin. The smooth surface in front also
allows you to play bump-and-run type shots.
Tip: Be aware of where the hole is cut on the green.
You won't
make many birdies from 40 feet, so pay attention to hitting your
approach the right distance.
green view (front)

The green is deeper than it appears and slopes from back
to front. Contouring is subtle and the speed is not overly quick.
Tip: One last time. Try to be putting from below the hole. Don't
play a lot of break. Make a positive stroke.

HOLE GOAL: Last chance for a birdie. Gotta' make no more
than 4 on this "breather hole".
